Rules For Making Techniques:1-99 Points: 3 Techniques
100-199 Points: 4 Techniques
200-299 Points: 5 Techniques
300-399 Points: 6 Techniques
NOTE: If you didn't catch this yet, then you can add one Technique for each 100 Points, meaning that after you reach 400 Points, you can have 7 Techniques in total. When you reach 500 Points, you can have 8 Techniques in total and so on. Techniques are not new powers, but a build off of those powers. So superman can use super strength. A new technique could be something like "Ground Smash" which is him hitting the ground and causing a tremor or something. Veteran Heroes may start off with five techniques.
