Advent of the Imperfects Plot

The battle between good and evil ended a few decades ago with the side of good coming out victorious. The property damage all over America was substantial, leaving the United States in a terrible debt. With that, the president and Congress initiated a new law stating that any and all creatures with super human-like abilities would be exterminated on sight. The once beloved heroes of children were now despised all across the globe, causing them to obey the commands of the world's leaders and dissipate into the many faces around the world. They scattered everywhere from the busy, bustling city of New York City to the ancient waterways of Venice. Heroes and Villains alike were classified as terrorists and they soon faded into black.

Today, almost fifty years after the final determining battle, they walk amongst us, blending in with today's society. Your doctor, your car mechanic, or your pharmacist could be the heroes and villains of old. Some went into hiding and didn't even bother to integrate with the powerless civilians. For the ones that did, they bred with the powerless and conceived super human infants with the powers passed down from their parents. A new generation of Heroes and Villains are growing and thriving. This is where you come in. The Villains are slowly regaining their position in the criminal world, while Heroes are honing their skills in secluded locations to prepare for the great war that has been prophecized by the Ancient Prophets hidden deep within the Earth's crust.
