Rules for Registration:

1. Your username must be the name of your character.

2. You can only have one character per account, so if you want to make a sidekick or another character, you must have another account.

3. Your avatar must be a picture of your character.

Basic Site Rules:

1. You may not fight on the forum. It doesn’t matter who started it, but if you’re found in the fight, you will be banned for a day or so.

2. The site will not allow racism, sexism, or anything else that ends with the suffix “-ism” at all.

3. You may not verbally abuse anyone, meaning you cannot sexually harass anyone with words, throw cuss words left and right at someone, or throw words related to the above rule at someone.

4. Keep as much of your conversation rated PG as possible.

5. Show respect to the Administrators or the “Guardians”. Any attacks or flaming posts directed towards the Guardians will be deleted and the person will receive an automatic ban. No excuses whatsoever.

6. You must show respect to each other. Any attacks or flaming posts directed to other members on the site will be deleted and the person will receive an automatic ban. No excuses whatsoever.

7. Don’t spam things in the Chatbox. Post whatever you want to spam in the General Discussion Forum.

8. Be as truthful as possible. Try not to lie about anything because honesty is the best policy.

9. Don’t post overly large pictures in the Chatbox. Either downsize them or post the link so we could view them without the annoyances.

10. If you are going to be absent for a week or more, then please post it in the Absences Forum. Any unexcused absences for a week or more will result in the loss of a high-ranking position, exclusion from in-game groups or societies, and possibly an account deletion depending on the length of the absence.

11. Please post at least once a week to show that you are still attending the site.

12. Make sure to follow these rules as punishments will always be based upon the decision of the Guardians and sometimes the members of this site.

13. Enjoy the site and have fun!

Rules for Posting and Roleplaying:

1. Your characters must act exactly as he or she was described, meaning that if your character is emo, than you cannot run around skipping happily. Another example would be that if your character has a blind left eye. If someone were to attempt an attack there, then you must act accordingly and act like you are blind towards the left.

2. You cannot kill a character unless the character’s owner allows you to do so. Also, you cannot just post that you killed them. You must be detailed about it.

3. Your posts must be at least five to eight sentences or one paragraph. We are a literate site and wish to have something with substance.

4. If you are going to post something like a flashback, then let the other members know by marking the beginning and ending. Something like this:

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Flashback (Beginning)
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
(Insert Flashback Story)
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Flashback (Ending)
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

5. Make sure to not godmod. You cannot be invincible because every superhero has their weaknesses. If you’re up against yours, then you must act weak and vulnerable.

6. You cannot dodge attacks forever, so act like you’ve actually been hit once in a while. If you’re powers grant you superhuman speed, then try to at least get hit once, maybe trip over something or slip on some oil or whatever.

7. Don’t do stunts out of your abilities. If you can’t fly, then don’t fly from place to place.

8. You cannot teleport from one location to another, so you must post the movement from one location to another. If your ability allows you to teleport, then that’s the only exception.

9. You can cuss and break other Basic Site Rules as long as you don’t go overboard with it and throw cuss words left and right.

10. Don’t add things to characters randomly during fights, meaning that you can’t pull a rocket launcher out of thin air and expect to get away with it.

11. Make sure to use proper grammar and spelling. If you constantly break this rule, your posts will start to be deleted and ignored.

12. You cannot describe another character’s actions and emotions.

13. If a member hasn’t been on the site for two days or more, then you are allowed to control that character’s minor actions and emotions, such as smiling and travelling with your character to another location.

14. This is a turn-based game, so you must post one after another in a fight. For example, if you are in a one-on-one fight, then the order would be you, enemy, you, enemy, and so on. If you are in a two-on-one fight, then the order would be you, enemy one, enemy two, you, enemy one, enemy two, and so on. The same goes for other larger groups. If it was a two-on-two, then it would go you, enemy one, partner, enemy two, you, enemy one, partner, enemy two, and so on.

15. Be patient with other members because we all can’t sit in front of the computer for twenty four hours a day.

16. If you are going to be absent from the site for a week or more, then post it in the Absences Forum so people know you won’t be online. Also, act out your character’s disappearance, meaning that you can’t just post your absence and leave your character frozen in the game.

17. You can make your own group in the game provided that you are at the rank of Veteran Hero or Villain Mastermind. You must first confer with a Guardian and then post up a registration form in the Group Registration Forum. You must also have at least two people willing to join it.

18. Everyone in your group must be added to your friends list.

19. Sidekicks and Henchmen may only be sidekicks to Veteran Heroes and Villain Masterminds. The same goes with Amateur Heroes and Villains, but Amateurs also have the choice to fight on their own. If you want to be a sidekick to someone else, you must first confer with the superior of whom you wish to become apprentice to and receive their approval.

20. Sidekicks and Henchmen must be added as friends on the site. Also, if you have an arch-enemy, then please add them to your foes list.

21. You must post a topic with parentheses that follow the title of the topic that state whether it is “Open”, “Closed”, or the names of the people that you only want entering. Also, make sure to post whether it is “M-Rated” or not by saying something like “Mature Content”. Here is an example of a topic:

Just Another Day… (Open, Mild Mature Content)

OR

Just Another Day… (Billy Bob and Joe Dirt)

OR

Just Another Day… (Closed)

Open means that anyone can enter, Closed means that no one else can enter the topic, and the written names means that only those people can enter. Mature Content means that anything sexual might occur.

22. You can only write in third-person viewpoint.

23. You must always write the place from where you came from and the place of where you are going to.

24. You cannot post in multiple topics at once unless you have a cloning ability.

25. Try not to destroy areas as it does ruin the fun for everyone on the site. If you must, then post a very detailed post about it and make sure to act out the scenery perfectly. This means that a week has passed and a construction site has taken place of the ruined building, then make sure to hit some metal beams or something.

26. If you die, then just make another character, but make sure it is different from the one that just died. We don’t need reincarnations every time your character dies.

27. If you want to go rogue on your faction, then you must be at least Honored and have a good reason. You must lead your actions up to the rebellious point instead of just switching randomly out of nowhere.

28. Enjoy roleplaying and have fun!

Rules for Advertising:

1. If you want to advertise your site on here, you must follow these simple rules or else your ads will be deleted.

2. You must first send the ad over to me through PM and I must approve.

3. You must post your advertisements in the Site Advertisements Forum.

4. Your site cannot contain anything illegal.

5. You must post up a picture to represent your site.

6. If we do advertise your site, then you must advertise our site on your site.

Rules for High-Ranking Positions:

1. You may only have two high-ranking positions. If you make a third account and want to make it a high-ranking character, then you must kill off one of your previous two high-ranking characters and delete the account. High-ranking positions include the Veteran Hero status or the Villain Mastermind status.

2. To gain a high-ranking position, you must complete the RP Sample. You only get one chance at it, so if it doesn’t meet the standards, then you are not able to receive a high-ranking position from the start.

3. You can gain a high-ranking position if you become Exalted and have a total of 1000 Points.

4. To become an Amateur, you must be Honored and have a total of 300 Points.

5. Don’t bug the Guardians for high-ranking positions.

6. The first person to post it up will get priority. That is unless they have a bad RP Sample.

7. There are no reservations, so don’t try and reserve a high-ranking position.

8. High-ranking positions are a luxury and not a necessity. There is a possibility of being demoted if you are caught abusing your powers and so forth.

9. Rights of high-ranking people include the powers in the Chatbox and the power to alter some of the forums.

10. Don’t abuse any of the powers and rules and you’ll be just fine.

11. There can only be a total of three Veteran Heroes and three Villain Masterminds.

12. Enjoy your status and have fun!

Rules for Character Creation:

1. Do not make your character invincible or anything like that. They can die. Sure Superman can take anything, but he can’t take Kryptonite. Your character must have a weakness.

2. Do not copy other people’s information, except your own.

3. You are allowed to make as many characters as you can handle as long as each character has their own account.

4. You can only have an ideal amount of weapons and other goodies. This means that you can carry fifty different heavy weapons and except to sprint and run or even walk.

5. You must fill out every aspect of the registration forms with sentences that contain proper grammar and spelling.

6. Your History must contain at least three or more paragraphs of “good” information. Anything short of good is unacceptable.

7. Your personality can’t be a list of traits. You must explain in detail about your character’s personality.

8. Make sure to title your registration like this:

[Insert Character’s Full Name] ([Insert “Hero” or “Villain”])

9. Make sure the registration follows the guides written on the registration form and it follows these rules.

10. Say you want to create a canon character. If this describes you, then read this rule with extreme caution. If you want to make an already made superhero, then feel free to do so, but you still must fill out the whole registration form no matter what you do. You must act like the canon character and if you do not, then you will be stripped of the character and it will be up for grabs once again.

11. You must wait for approval or disapproval from a Guardian before proceeding with the RPG.

12. Enjoy making your character and have fun!

Sub-Roleplaying Game Rules:

1. Follow the unwritten rules for any roleplaying game, such as no godmodding and so forth.

2. Make sure that you do not have multiple copies of roleplaying games, meaning that you can’t have a “Total Drama Island” and then have a “Total Drama Action”

3. Follow the Basic Site Rules to keep everyone happy.

4. Do not exclude anyone from a game unless it is a first-come-first-served kind of game.

5. Enjoy this aspect of the site and have fun!
