| The N.P.C. creation forum is meant solely for those that might want to create their own little sub-plots to the one main plot. This is a creation for characters that might just play roles, but can't actually be used by anyone else except in the case approval from the creator and Guardian are given. They are merely civilians without powers, but they might carry weapons. If they are a general group and not a specific person, then you must state so by titling your topics like so: "[Insert Name] ([Insert "General" or "Specific"]). General means that the character you have created isn't just one person, but one of many. An example would be a U.S.M.C. Soldier. Specific means that the character is unique and that he or she is the only one of their kind. An example of one would be Billy Bob Joe.

| North America is where most of the fighting takes place. The main battles are fought in New York City because most Heroes and Villains have taken refuge there after a new law was set stating that any superhuman like creature would either have to become an enemy to the world or join the many faces of the powerless civilians.
